About Nina

Welcome.

Pull up a chair. Pour yourself a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine). Stay awhile.

For years, I thought I needed to pick one thing.

Was I a marketer?

A writer?

A nutrition coach?

A business strategist?

A student of natural health?

A lover of food, gardens, travel, and beautiful things?

The answer, it turns out, is yes.

This publication was born from the realization that all of those interests are connected by a deeper question:

How do we live well?

Not perfectly.

Not productively.

Not endlessly chasing more.

But well.

I've always been fascinated by transformation. Whether I'm helping a business clarify its message, guiding a woman through her weight loss journey, teaching someone how to cook, or writing about faith and purpose, I'm asking the same questions:

What's out of balance?

What's missing?

What's too much?

What's not enough?

What's the deeper issue beneath the obvious one?

What would create more life here?

Lately, I've become captivated by the Italian concept of il giusto—the right amount.

Not too little.

Not too much.

The right amount of work.

The right amount of ambition.

The right amount of rest.

The right amount of beauty.

The right amount of discipline.

The right amount of responsibility.

In a world that constantly pushes us toward extremes, I'm interested in the wisdom of enough.

You'll find that theme woven throughout everything I write.

Some essays will be about business, marketing, leadership, and meaningful work.

Others will explore food, cooking, gardening, strength, natural health, and the simple practices that nourish a life.

Sometimes we'll talk about travel, faith, books, beauty, or the questions that quietly shape who we become.

Because I don't believe these topics are separate.

I think they're all part of the same conversation.

I believe the simple act of cooking a meal can change a family.

I believe strength and softness can coexist.

I believe businesses can grow without consuming the lives of the people who build them.

I believe beauty matters.

I believe rest matters.

I believe curiosity is sacred.

I believe we can be powerful without being frantic.

I believe we can shine without losing love.

Most of all, I believe that a well-lived life is built through ordinary choices made with intention.

This publication is my collection of observations, questions, stories, and lessons from the road.

Think of it as a wise woman's library hidden inside a flower garden.

I'm glad you're here.
